FAQ:

Audio works only from one output / my stereo field is somehow twisted/unbalanced. You may have altered the spatial settings (pan / span). Please refer to the manual or simply press ‘tap’ and ‘type’ buttons for longer than 5 seconds to reset the module.

My signal is distorted. Please check if Saturation is applied which happens when VOLUME knob is after 3 o’clock.

Is there any wining noise in the module? No. There was only a small batch of 3U modules in 2018 year with the noise which later was fully eliminated. If you experience any noise with your Milky Way – contact us and we will help.
